Jules-Clément Chaplain, official prize medal for
the Exposition Universelle in Paris 1900. This gold medal was awarded to
Francois Dussaud (1870-1953) who invented the first electric phonograph and
was responsible for the first car operated by remote control. Dussaud also
invented the Cinemacrophonograph and contributed largely to the creation of
motion pictures with sound. |
